Meet Melanie Dyer, the new corporate services manager for the Port of Tauranga.

She has joined the Port after a six-year run at Trustpower as their General Manager People and Culture.

Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Hydro Tasmania, where she held various roles including People and Performance Manager and Manager Health, Safety and Quality.

Our marketing & communications manager Laura popped down to the Port’s stunning Pilot Bay offices to get to know Melanie a bit better and find out some of her challenges / successes as a woman in business.
