Business lunch is back at Trinity Wharf

Trinity Wharf has reintroduced its lunch service for the first time since temporarily closing its doors during lockdown last year.

Offering a variety of delicious, nutritious chef’s specials each day, these lunch specials hero seasonal New Zealand produce and are designed by Trinity Wharf’s Michelin-trained Head Chef, Jan Charvat.

“Our team is passionate about minimising wastage, so introducing a rotating lunch specials board has allowed us to keep our stock to a minimum, with cross functional ingredients utilised throughout the hotel’s various menu offerings,” says Drew Matthes, Trinity Wharf Ground Operations Manager.

“This enables our team of Chef’s to focus on a streamlined menu which they can spend time crafting and perfecting, which ultimately delivers a better end product for our guests.

“We’ve had such great feedback already from our regulars who enjoy the variety that our Chef’s specials provide. We’ve had things like seared tuna niçoise salad with sesame, an Asian crispy duck salad, pan fried salmon, a goat’s cheese and caramelised onion quiche through to spirulina dumplings, steak sandwiches and bao buns, so there’s been a great variety. And the lunch time dessert specials are next level!”

Trinity Wharf, located on Tauranga’s waterfront, offers a quiet and tranquil spot with panoramic water views, ideal for a lunch with clients, business meeting or friendly get together given the abundant free parking onsite and proximity to central Tauranga and the motorway.

Lunch is available from 12pm through to 2pm. The hotel, restaurant and conference venue is also open daily for buffet breakfast, high tea, dinner, drinks and cocktails. You can book a table via the website or phone 07 577 8704.
