The terms and conditions outlined here apply to all users of the Chamber of Commerce Tauranga Region Inc website (
www.tauranga.org.nz) and to all purchases of goods or services that are made from Chamber of Commerce Tauranga Region Inc (when you see the words “we”, “us” or “our” on this website it is also intended to mean Chamber of Commerce Tauranga Region Inc).
All terms and conditions are current, although subject to variation from time to time and we reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions for any reason and without notice to users in order to meet business demands and/or comply with any relevant laws. Viewing and using our website on one or more occasion means that you have read, understood and accepted all of our terms and conditions. We are a New Zealand based organisation and supply goods and services within New Zealand, therefore by your use of this website you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts and our dealings with you are governed by New Zealand Law. If you do not agree to submit to the laws of New Zealand then you should immediately cease your use of our site.

Returns and Replacements
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the goods provided by the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce. However, in the event where goods arrive and are found to be faulty they may be returned to us using the following procedure and within the later of the following timeframes:
1. Not less then five (5) days before the end of any manufacturers warranty period for the goods; or
2. Within thirty (30) days of delivery by us.
Procedure for Return of Faulty Goods
Email us at
chamber@tauranga.org.nz or call 0800 Be Ahead (0800 23 243 23) to notify us of the problem. We will organise a replacement product and re-delivery.
Delivery
Delivery is only available to addresses within New Zealand. Some products may incur a delivery charge, which will be outlined at the checkout stage of purchase. Goods purchased from our website will be delivered on the date and to the address specified by the registry holder, excluding Sundays and public holidays. It is the registry holder’s obligation to ensure that the correct delivery address is given. We will notify you if there is any unforeseen courier delay or need to make subsequent deliveries. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery that is beyond our control.
Pricing
We supply goods and services in New Zealand so, all goods and services on our website are advertised in New Zealand (NZ$) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time before your order has been processed and payment accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Events and Training Seminars
Cancellations will be accepted up until 12.00 noon the day before the event or training seminar . If the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce receives a cancellation after this cut off point, payment will still be required, however substitutions will be welcome. Cancellations are accepted via email only.
Membership
Membership can only be resigned in writing, within one month of receipt of the annual renewal invoice. Resignations received outside this period will be subject to a pro rata payment of the annual subscription.
